Abhisarika Foundation Annual Report Statement Since July 2024, Abhisarika Foundation has worked across 52 villages. Our core areas are NRM, SHG and youth entrepreneurship, adaptive agriculture, local culture, and education. We've conducted programs like International Day of Yoga and International Youth Day celebrations, established "Ek Gaon Ek Library," and organized a youth essay competition. Our training center at Abhisarika Farms, Kanchi, supports these initiatives. We aim to address education in mining-affected Dhanbad, challenges faced by displaced migrant laborers, and environment.

ग्रामोदय दर्पण
“At Abhisarika Foundation, our work is deeply rooted in amplifying the voices and showcasing the potential of rural communities. As we actively engage in grassroots interventions across Jharkhand, we recognized the need for a dedicated platform to share the narratives of change, the challenges overcome, and the inspiring journeys of individuals and collectives striving for a better future. This realization led to the conception of ‘ग्रामोदय दर्पण’ – our forthcoming magazine on rural work.”
“We envision ‘ग्रामोदय दर्पण’ as more than just a publication; it will be a vibrant tapestry woven with stories of impact from our various initiatives in Natural Resource Management, Self-Help Group empowerment, agricultural advancements, cultural preservation, and education. Through compelling narratives, insightful articles, and vivid imagery, we aim to provide our stakeholders, supporters, and the wider public with a firsthand glimpse into the realities and the immense potential of rural Jharkhand. Our intention is to not only inform but also to inspire collaboration, foster empathy, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the complexities and rewards of grassroots development.”
“The name ‘ग्रामोदय दर्पण’ (Mirror to Rural Upliftment) encapsulates our core objective: to reflect the progress, the challenges, and the aspirations of rural communities. Just as a mirror provides a clear reflection, this magazine will strive to offer an authentic and insightful portrayal of the ground realities and the impact of dedicated efforts. We believe that by sharing these stories, we can connect with a wider audience, foster a sense of shared responsibility, and ultimately contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable model of rural development. We are excited about the launch of ‘ग्रामोदय दर्पण’ and look forward to it becoming a valuable resource for all those interested in the transformative power of grassroots action.
