OUR JOURNEY AND VISION
Established on July 17, 2024, as a Section 8 company, Abhisarika Foundation is a dedicated social enterprise committed to the holistic development of rural landscapes. Driven by a lean and passionate team of eight professionals—including our leadership, program officers, and field coordinators—we operate at the intersection of environmental sustainability and human dignity. Our work is built upon five foundational pillars: INRM & Water Conservation Youth Upliftment Women Upliftment Art & Culture Restoration Education.
Mission Statement
To empower marginalized communities by implementing robust Natural Resource Management (NRM) strategies, fostering youth leadership through accessible education, and creating resilient, farm-based livelihood systems for women and Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

To build a sustainable and inclusive future for rural Jharkhand by bridging the gap between traditional wisdom and modern opportunity through community-led conservation, education, and economic empowerment.
